August Color Spot & Stuck?Sketches & A Prize!

Happy August Everyone!!

We hope you are all enjoying your summer months!  We sure are!  We also are hoping that you are all taking some time to scrapbook all those summer memories!  If you are having trouble, though, rest assure that this month's Color Spot is sure to inspire you!!

You've read that blog title right!!  We have something special for you!  We have teamed up with Stuck?Sketches for this month's LCOM's Color Spot and Stuck?Sketches August 1st Sketch!  Yahoo!

Both Design Teams were asked to use the Color Spot and the Sketch to created something wonderful!  And they sure did!!  Let's get to it!

Here's our August Color Spot.  It's a Design Seed scheme.  Have we mentionned before how we love Design Seeds?  Our family has spent a great deal of our summer weekends at the cottage and this picture just spoke to me of the fabulous times and memories we've shared there.  The colors are so rich and fabulous, yes?!

What's more fun than to use a sketch to guide your inspiration with these colors!  Laura Whitaker is one amazing sketch designer and we've teamed up with her team over at Stuck?!Sketches for their August 1st sketch reveal.  Here's the great sketch the teams had to play with.

How fun to play with such great tools!!  Our LCOM DT worked their magic and they did an amazing job.  Let's get inspired!!
