Isn't it fantastic? Done with the awesome MME Market Street Ashbury Heights, it immediately struck me on how simple, yet so very perfect for a birthday gift I had to do for a birthday party for one of our sweet Éloïse's friends. Tina even had some tricks and tips on how to create it (to see original blog post, click here). Besides, I had an old frame lying around that I was "saving" for this very reason. So, I Facebooked the mom, and asked her about her daughter's room - what colour, any theme, etc. and off I went into my scrapcave to get creatin'. Here's what I came up with:
I was tempted to create it with the same MME collection, but since Éloïse's friend was turning one, I thought I'd find something with a bit more pinky pinks in it. I turned to Basic Grey's Fresh Cut collection. I also used some Bo Bunny patterned paper, Stampin' Up cardstock, Glitz Design washi tape, Pink Paislee tab, and some of my Maman's old buttons stitched on there with some good ol' DMC floss. Circles cut with a Fiskars circle punch. And those butterflies? As per Tina Walker, a Silhouette cut file - click here. Gotta love my Silhouette - one of my favourite scrappy tools E-V-E-R! And finally, all together now - HAPPY BIRTHDAY ISABELLA!! ;)
Join us again on Thursday when Jocelyne will be a shufflin' a product once again!
Happy scrapping!
