Hello LCOM visitors!!! I am super excited to share my first project for October with you using the

I cannot tell you how much I LOVED working with this line this month. The papers are so versatile and can be manipulated in so many ways it is crazy. I hope to inspire you to try out a few things this month with your paper!!!

To create this page, I used some Staz On ink in Teal. I rubbed it onto an old plastic embellie package and then spritzed it with a little Tattered Angels Pearl mist to add a little sparkle and liquidity to it.
Then, using a paper towel - I soaked up the liquid and starting at the edges of the paper, I rubbed the ink into the paper in a circular motion. I left the centre of the page fairly white - showing the paper the way it originally comes.

Then, I added some Glimmer Glaze to the edges of the paper and rubbed it in too. I then splatted some droplets of the same glimmer glaze to the backgound of the paper.  You can see in this photo that the teal shows up on the embossed part and some of the glaze rubbed into the other part of the paper.
I love this effect!
Once I had completed the page - I added a little Tombow glue and sprinkled some glitter onto it and rubbed it around for a little extra shimmer and a sandy effect too .
The chipboard alphas are amazing. The font is fantastic. I created the colour on here with some Dandelion yellow Stampin' Up ink and some Pinecone Versamark ink around the edges.. I tried to leave the inner parts of the chipboard letters whiteish. See that flower with the brad in it? That is the fuzzy sticker all inked and happy! I cut out some of the scalloped canvas strips into a circle and glimmer misted it and layered it on top of the flower.

I hope you are inspired to get a little messy this month .. try out the Mistables collection !!
You will NOT regret it!
