One of the first embellishment I purchased when I started scrapbooking almost 10 years ago, was a pack of brads. We needed them to attach vellum, to put in the center of our paper flowers, or along other metals like hinges. This week we are dusting off the brads and putting a modern spin on them. So how do we add brads to our modern layout? I first added brads to all four corners of my layout and used twine to create a frame.
The twine is secure and goes all the way around the layout. I also used the brads to create a chevron pattern
You can also find brads in my title banner. The brads really helped shape the banner.
