Sketch This Out! - LCOM - Sketch #68 - Reveal

It's Easter weekend! It's Easter weekend! Lots of chocolate. Lots of excited kids. Lots of days of rest. Tons of time to scrapbook!! Yabadabadoo! That's why I'm so excited to be here today with another Let's Capture Our Memories instalment of "Sketch This Out!", where three designers create using the same sketch and the same set of products.

This week, Ashley, Aurelie and Jocelyne worked with this great Becky Fleck sketch found over at PageMaps:

And their products? Some sweet patterned papers from the Echo Park Style Essentials 5th Avenue collection...

Hot and trendy with bold patterns and colours, these papers were a perfect match with the Maya Road hexagon chipboard pieces and the Jillibean Soup wood flag that were included in the girls' kits to scrap. Here is what they came up with:

Do you see the sketch in the designs? Of course! But how different are these three layouts one from the other!! Another reveal that goes to show how versatile sketches are for all of us scrappers, with any style, with any theme. AWESOME!

How 'bout trying this sketch for yourself? Mm-mm. Even better! How 'bout trying this sketch and linking your design to this reveal?! When you do so, you'll get a chance to win a prize!! Yes, that's right! One lucky winner from all April projects linked to reveals for sketches 66-67-68-69 will win awesome a stash of 4X6 transparencies by Simple Stories.

How to Play Along:

1. Make a newly created project using the provided sketch and upload it to your blog or online gallery.
2. Then leave a link to your project using the Inlinkz widget at the bottom of this post. Please use a direct link to your LCOM Sketch post and not just your blog address.
3. If you upload to online galleries, please also use tag/keyword LCOM68. LCOM products are NOT required to participate, and you can enter as many times as you want. If you don't have a particular shape indicated in the sketch, feel free to substitute.
4. There is no time limit - you can always play any week at any time, but the linking form will close on the last day of the month at 8:00pm (Atlantic Standard Time) to allow us to find a prize winner.

Please visit the blog again on Monday, when Jocelyne will inspire us by being inspired.

Happy scrapping! And may your Easter bring you nothing but joy and scrappiness all around!
