Another "kit" layout!

Hello again, it's Nicole back again today and I am sharing another page I made with my self-made "kit" from Let's Capture Our Memories!

If you can recall, I picked out $25 worth of goodies from th estore and made up a kit for my projects this month! Most of the items are still available - and some on sale - so hope you will check it all out too :)

Here is what I bought:

1 ea.Elle's Studio / Lil' Snippets: Hello Summer
1 ea.Elle's Studio / Lil' Snippets: Noted
1 ea.Elle's Studio / Love This Moment Stamp
1 ea.Bella Blvd / Baby Boy - Momma's Boy
1 ea.Bella Blvd / Baby Girl - Daddy's Girl
1 ea.Bella Blvd / Baby Girl - Pretty in Pink
1 ea. Bazill white cardstock
1 ea.Crate Paper / Paper Heart - Delivery
1 ea.Twinery / Honeydew
1 ea.Maya Road / Sparkle Silver Twine
1 ea.October Afternoon / 9 to 5 - Girl Friday
1 ea.October Afternoon / 9 to 5 - Paid in Full
1 ea.October Afternoon / 9 to 5 - Steno Pad
1 ea.October Afternoon / Mini Market / Orange & Creme
1 ea.evalicious / Shoot Smile Snap Badge Buttons
1 ea.Bella Blvd / Baby Girl - Minatures
1 ea.Bella Blvd / Baby Girl - Snuggly Safari

Here is another project I made using it:

I know that initally, I thought that people would think I am nuts picking the pretty pink and girly papers from Bella Blvd and then mixing other brights in.. fact is, it only takes a paper or two to tie the colours together! I used the striped paper in a thin strip to show all the colours and then chose other papers for the page to make it more masculine!

My favorite thing in the kit is the stamp - I love getting something I can re-use often and this stamp will get used I tell ya!! Here it is stamped with black on the pink Bella paper. Love the Evalicious buttons too :)

I added in the mini October Afternoon Alphas and some Bella Blvd letters in red from my stash that I had picked up at LCOM before ! :)
 Love that font!

That's it!! This page was a quick one to do as I had everything I needed in the kit! Would be great to get this and bring along on a vacation with a few photos and some adhesive - and a trimmer :)

It's a Kit!

This month, I put together a kit for myself full of goodies from the store!
It has some Bella Blvd Baby girl, Crate Paper, and October Afternoon in it. Even some Maya Road twine and some fun Evalicious badges too ! (psst...there are some new ones in the store too !! Yay!)

Here is a picture of my "kit" all ready to be dug into!

Here is the first page that I created with this mix of manufacturers:

I really Love the Evalicious badges and knew I wanted to add some into my kit:
Look how pretty that sparkly twine is too ! just the right hint of sparkle to the page.
I did add in some Bella Blvd. chipboard from my stash that I had already picked up from LCOM before. The summery shapes are perfect to mix in with these lines! You could use any chipboard - the baby girl ones that co-ordinate with the paper are in stock!!
of course, there are more Elle's Studio tags on here too - can't get enough of those!!! Perfect for adding little bits of journalling on your pages.
and I just love the Bella Blvd Baby Girl stickers too!!! Not just for baby pages either!

You can create this kit for yourself by heading over to the store now and checking out!

All about me

Happy Victoria Day to our Canadian Readers! Hope you are enjoying a relaxing day off with your family and/or friends & maybe even catching up on a few rays ;)

How often do you scrap pages of yourself? I know that a lot of people don't...but I think it is important to document yourself in your families history - right?

I really love all the fun patterns and bright colours in this collection. It is perfect for summery pages and pages about anything too! There are still collection packs available in the LCOM store HERE.

I picked up a couple packs of the Bella Blvd. flags - they are a cute little embellishment that you can just tuck behind a button or brad, or even some photos or layers of paper: There are a few different types in the store HERE
Make sure you check out the stickers available that match this line too. there are journalling stickers, alphas and even mini sentiments! I used some oldies and new ones.. and even some washi tape from Bella Blvd too - all available in the store HERE.

Stay tuned for more inspiration this week from the rest of our Marketing Team :)

Happiness

It is the perfect time of year for happy fun photos to pop up in our stash! I have been hoarding these photos since last year.... and this new Bella Blvd. sunshine/happiness line in the store is perfect for them!
There are some cool journalling sticker tags like this one available. I just added some alphas and a sticker or two to personalize it a little:

I am a big fan of manufacturers that make little odds and ends to use in the collection. I love stickers and chipboard - Bella Blvd. has lots - and there  is lots in the LCOM store too!

This is a mix of some older chipboard from Bella with one of the new journalling stickers! Love how you can mix up the old and the new together and it just works!
I am a big fan of using my computer to journal - I am not a fan of mu computer  and sometimes the typed out words are easier to fit cleanly on my page. Here is another one of those sticker journalling tags layered up with more stickers.

I hope you will check out ALL the Bella Blvd in stock now at the LCOM store HERE... and if you look clsoely - there are lots of great deals on some cool Bella Blvd supplies to snag up!

Pay PURR View

OK, I know my title is a bit "punny" but I really couldn't resist! I'm back with more Bella Blvd. Tail Waggers and Cat Naps and my two crazy kitties, Daisy and Rosie. My girls are indoor cats, but they LOVE to watch what's going on outside. An open window or door provides them with hours of entertainment. It's like cable TV for cats!

For the clouds, I painted some Maya Road Chipboard pieces with some pearl paint and added a touch of blue around the edges using mists. The sun is also Maya Road, and the little bird is a My Little bit of Whimsy pin.

I made the yellow flower using some Maya Road Pleat Ribbon and a Gluber. It was super easy and I love how it turned out! The little bee is also a Whimsy.

Finally, to finish it off, I created a little banner using all the great colors from the Tail Waggers and Cat Naps Line.

That's it for now, I'll be back next week with another LO featuring my crazy cats and Bella Blvd.'s Tail Waggers and Cat Naps. Stop by LCOM soon to get yours!

Some Tail Waggers and Cat Naps

Hi Everyone... I was very excited to get to work with Bella Blvd.'s Tail Waggers and Cat Naps this month! I have two very crazy kitties, who provide me with tons of photo ops, so this line is right up my alley! For my first layout, I decided to scrap the pictures of my cat Rosie who found an ant in a wastebasket and wouldn't stop until it was hers!

I loved the pet themed chipboard pieces and stickers! The paw print from the page of fun cute cuts paper was also a perfect addition.

Finally as a border I stitched around the edge in a random way and added some little ants made from brads.

That's it for now, I'll be back next week with some more Tail Waggers and Cat Naps!
