Hello everyone!
Excuse my lateness. I've been buried in the snow and just got out! Amazing how much snow we had over the winter here. Over 3 meters and still more is forcasted.
For this product shuffle I took out a transparency the I have been hoarding for a few year. It is from Teresa Collins and was so pretty, I never really knew what to do with it. I decided to take out my trusty scissors and fussy cut out the images. Why did I not think about it earlier? You see those clock faces? those are part of 12X12 transparency.
I then placed a little glue on the back where it would be hidden by the pattern paper.I also fussy cutted some of the ticket pattern paper and layered is on the top and bottom of my page
I used Bo Bunny's Modern Miss collection for this layout and I love how fun it is. It is also very versatile.
And here is the final layout featuring our fist pictures of 2015.
Those transparencies give the punch of colors, kind of looks like a stamp but not as messy.
To complete the layout I used DMC floss, CTMH cardstock and American Crafts Thickers
I hope you like it.
Don't forget to tune in tomorrow morning for an awesome sketch reveal. See you in a little bit.

Product shuffle : Washi tape take 2
Good morning!
It's me, Jocelyne, trying to show you ways to use your scrapbooking stash in unconventional ways. Today's product is washi tape. That's right! Another product shuffle featuring washi tape! If you missed the first one, check it out here.
The washi tape I used for this project is the green stared tape that comes from this very cute My Mind's Eye My Girl decorative tape set.
Have you ever seen an idea for a scrapbook product in a magazine and just simply had to try it right away! The inspiration for this week's product shuffle came to me in the new CTMH idea book. All you need is washi tape and twine. I've got them both! So away I go! Will you came with me?
Do you see it? I made leaves using washi tape and twine! Simply sandwich the twine between strips of washi tape placed back to back. Then cut it to make the shape of a leaf! Oh so easy! If you want a more feathery look, simply cut more notches on the side of the leaves and there you have it!
I also placed a piece of washi tape on paper, took out my hole punch and made matching confetti.
Since I like to make things in three's. I placed strips of washi below and on top of my picture to frame it better.
Here is my completed layout inspired by LCOM sketch 82 that was revealed last Saturday. Along with the washi tape, I used Echo Park Capture Life and Bo Bunny Pincushion paper, some Prima, Kaiserkraft and Maya road flowers, Tattered Angel glimmer glaze, Webster's Pages ribbon, American Crafts alpha stickers, and a Prima butterfly.
I hope you like it and you give this technique a try. Don't forget to tune in on Saturday for yet another sketch reveal! See you soon!
Have an amazing day!

Product Shuffle : Using your sticker stash
If you are like me, you have a very big stash of stickers. I have a tendency to purchase collection packs that contain matching stickers and I never use more than a few stickers on the sheet. So what can we do with those mountains of sticker sheets and scraps of matching papers? Well I decided to step a little out of my comfort zone and make cards! All of these cards I made in an afternoon, most of them only using paper and stickers! Super easy and super fun! It made me look at sticker sheets in a whole new light. Who knew they were so versatile! If you like any of those yummy stickers, all you have to do is click on the link and you will find them in the LCOM store.
Card no.1 features paper from the Basic Grey Kneehighs collection. How cute is that owl on this sticker sheet!
It's so adorable that it had to be the star of this card! I also used banner and border stickers also found on the same sticker sheet. I added some alphabet stickers by Simple stories.
Card no. 2 features Bo Bunny's Pincushion collection.
The balloon image with the clouds and border is a fabulous sticker. All in one! How easy is that? All I needed to add was a ribbon from Webster's Pages and small alpha stickers from Pink Paislee.
Card no.3 features paper and stickers from Simple Stories' Say Cheese collection.
For a little dimension, I added some foam squares under the balloon sticker to make it pop off the card.
Card no.4 features Jillibean Soup Grandma's Lima Bean Soup.
This awesome sticker sheet has it all! Alphas, tags, stars, hearts (plus it's now on sale in the LCOM store!! Go check it out!). All I had to add to this Jillibean soup card was some CTMH hemp and that's it!
Card no.5 was the easiest one to make. This sticker sheet is from the gorgeous My Mind's Eye Up and Away Collection.
The paper base is Studio Calico's Lemon Lush paper. Gorgeous papers!!
So now I challenge you to take those scraps and stickers and create cards, tags or journaling spots. It is so easy and it was so rewarding to see what I could create from leftovers.
Happy Scrapping!

Inspiration Station
Hello! Jocelyne here with another Inspiration Station. This week I was inspired by a quote I saw on Facebook. Here it is :
I love the meaning of this quote; that in order to have balance in your life, you must keep going. I also like the handwritten letters, the colors. So I ran with this. I used the gorgeous Bo Bunny Pincushion collection to make my layout. The colors were perfect! Keeping with the theme, I also wanted to show something in time. I found a picture of my daughter with one of her best friends who is also a neighbor.
They have been friends ever since she moved into the neighborhood about 7 years ago. I went on the hunt to find a picture of them when they were younger. I was so happy to find one. Once the layout was done, I went ahead and even printed the little saying and added it to the layout.
It was perfect. My daughter really liked it too. The Bo Bunny coordinating chipboard elements were also very cute and added dimension to the project.
All that was needed was the title. I simply added some American Crafts Thickers and the layout was complete.
Hope you like it! Off to find more inspiration! Hope to see you again here on Thusday for the Product Shuffle.

Friday Faves
With so much stock in the LCOM store these days it is not difficult to choose some faves to share with you today.
The Soleil collection by Basic Grey collection would be fun to use on some of the summer photos I have yet to scrap. And check out the awesome flair badges.
Also from Basic Grey the Paper Cottage collection has some fun bits and pieces that would make creating so much fun. I love to pop stickers off the page using 3D adhesive, adding more colour and dimension to my page. And I am a real sucker for stitched brads. Truth be told, I love these ones so much I would have a hard time actually using them on a page.
These stamps would be welcome accessories in my scrap room any time. With summer vacation only slightly forgotten these BoBunny guys would be great a page. And the Prima ones below would be a perfect fit on any page.
Maya Road never fails when it comes to embellishments, and these little guys are no exception.
If you know my style, you will know that I am, more times than not attracted to muted, toned down colours with pops of bright. So you may be shocked to know that my absolute favorite item in the shop right now is the bright and cheerful Grandma's Lima Bean Soup collection by Jillibean Soup. Inexplicably, I was immediately drawn to the fabulous lush colour in the collection. The alphas are the perfect size, and come in a variety of colours.
Here is my first layout completed with the collection.

5 Faves Friday
It's Friday! and like many of you, it's my favorite day of the week! No better day to share a few favorite products in the store with you.
I love this collection, this sheet in particular:
Here's an older layout I did using the collection:
2) These American Crafts Thickers:
I love the font, the scale, and the bright red seems to match with all my layouts.
3) Wooden Buttons by American Crafts:
These can be used in all their glorious wooden-ness, or customized to any shade with a bit of mist or ink!
4) These sweet cherries by Maya Road
5) The Hello Sunshine collection from Bo Bunny-This paper in particular:
More girly than I would usually pick, but the colour combination is really really happy!
So there you have it, my top 5 LCOM Faves on Friday.
I hope yours is filled with sunshine!

Lucky to be Friends
Hi Everyone... I'm back with my last post using Bo Bunny's Garden Girl Line. I love this picture of my daughter and friends. One of my friends had a tea party at the end of last summer and all of the girls, big and little, in the neighborhood came to have fun! It was too cute.
I added some of the rub-ons from the Garden Girl collection and I colored the Petaloo Crocheted flowers with some Glimmer Mists.
I cut the title piece from the Cut-outs paper in the collection pack.. it was a perfect fit!
Since this is my last post as part of the MT, I just want to say that I've really enjoyed being part of the LCOM Marketing team and I really would like to thank Tanya and Kristine for having me. I've met many lovely and kind ladies here and plan on sticking around to be inspired by the new MT!

Bo Bunny Garden Girl Canvas
Quite a few of my friends have been bitten by the She-Art bug. I adore these fun canvases, but swore I would not pick up another crafty hobby. Well, as they say, never say never..... My friend was teaching a canvas class recently and I love her work, so I signed up. It is SO MUCH FUN! I decided that the Bo Bunny Garden Girl Line would be perfect for a canvas. Here's my twist on the She-Art Movement... maybe we should call it Meow Art???

I cut the butterfly directly from the Garden Girl paper.

I love the colors in this line and thought they were perfect for a bright flower garden. Some of my flowers were pieced using the different patterns, others were cut directly from the designs on the papers.
I'll be back at the end of the month with one more project using Garden Girl.

Products Used:
Bo Bunny Garden Girl Collection
Bo Bunny Double Dot Chiffon
Claudine Hellmuth Studio Paints Contemporary and Metropolitan
Stamps: Stampin'up

Seems Like Just Yesterday
October 3rd is a special day for me... it's my anniversary! Happy 19th Anniversary to my wonderful husband, Ed. I thought it would be perfect to scrap a picture from the beginning of "Us". I haven't scrapped our wedding yet (although I do have a bin full of shower, wedding and honeymoon pics!) Someday....
I'm completely in love with Bo Bunny's new Garden Girl Line. The colors remind me of fall, very rich. I die cut the flowers from some of the jewel-toned papers and scattered them along the chipboard vine that is part of the collection.
The butterfly was hand cut from the "Garden Girl" paper.
It was fun to look back.. really doesn't seem that long ago! Make sure to go over to the LCOM Store.. there's tons of new product flowing in...also pick up the Bo Bunny Garden Girl Collection to scrap your fall photos.

Products Used:
From the Bo Bunny Garden Girl Collection Pack- Stripe, Vines, Wisteria, Garden Girl, Dot
